Sodexo is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst
This is a remote role
In this technical support role, the successful candidate will provide technical support for SMS or Maximo to Sodexo users across Canada and the US via phone, email or remote desktop session.
The successful candidate will:
- Troubleshoot incidents in SMS or Maximo.
- Log all incidents into the SoUnified call logging system.
- Assist with the migration of our legacy TRAKKAR systems to SMS, assisting with new deployments of SMS sites and assisting with new deployments of Maximo sites.
- Perform quality assurance testing of new software modules in SMS or Maximo.
- Monitor all outstanding issues to provide quick resolution to our customers.

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Two years technical experience working in a help desk environment

Evaluates new and existing software products. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of information center activities.
