TITLE: IT Hardware Technician

We are looking for an IT Hardware Technician who enjoys building and repairing PCs. The ideal candidate is someone who has built and repaired as well as upgraded multiple PCs (personally or professionally) and has a true interest in figuring out how things work. Someone who worked in a PC or Cell Phone repair shop would also be an excellent fit for this position. The potential for the role is to move into a Jr. Sys Admin position within 12-36 months and you will be trained on everything you need to know by multiple team members.

Main Responsibilities:
- Build and repair various pieces of IT hardware
- Track inventory using a formalized ticketing system
- Work alongside senior members of the team to complete projects on an as-needed basis
- Meet deadlines and report progress to management
- A High School diploma is required. It's a plus if you graduated from a technical high school or if you have an associate's degree in an IT-related field or a more advanced degree
- Must be reliable, dependable, and good with your hands
- Desire and ability to learn about IT hardware with a passion for learning new things
- Ability to go on-site near Willow Grove, PA daily and work 1 st shift
- This role is NOT public transit accessible so having a reliable vehicle is a must-have for this position
