Key Responsibilities:
- Systems Integration and Reporting:
- Interface with IT systems such as Microsoft InTune and traditional banking IT systems to extract and analyze evidence reports for controls.
- Ensure compliance with relevant control frameworks through detailed data assessment.
- GRC Platform Management:
- Lead and manage the integration of the GRC platform.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure effective deployment and integration.
- Incident Management Involvement:
- Be a key contributor to the incident management team.
- Provide expertise in IT risk management and mitigation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT governance, risk, and Compliance.
- Extensive knowledge of control frameworks like FFIEC, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST.
- Strong technical proficiency in in-depth IT systems analysis.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP).
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
