You will manage the IT outsourcing provider Allianz Technology of America to ensure all services are delivered with quality execution and operational excellence. You will ensure that the delivery of technology solutions meets our needs, provides a positive customer experience, and meets Allianz global and regulatory IT and Security requirements.

The area of focus for this position are the main IT Service Management responsibilities (Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management; Asset and Configuration Management; Service Request/Demand Management, and IT Service Continuity) provided by our IT outsourcing provider. You will report to the IT Director - Run Governance, Risk & Controls.

What you do:

• Utilize knowledge of technology standards, processes, and best practices, monitors delivery quality and performance of IT Services. Identifies, develops, and promotes proactive approaches to prevent service disruptions.
• Supports a control framework to ensure quality assurance, ensuring adherence to defined standards, policies, processes, and procedures for IT Services, as well as information security and privacy within these services.
• Provides input to project forecasting and planning activities; supports the financial forecasting and actual cost reporting on a monthly basis.
• You will participate in the identification and assessment of IT Services KPI's and risks and manages remediation plans; supports continuous improvement and assessment/enhancement of existing or new metrics.
• You will communicate with IT and partners; manage unknowns and navigates a complex organizational landscape.
• Manage through influence to obtain results in a complex IT operating model with important partners at one time.

What you bring:

• 6-7 years of experience required
• Four-year degree required, or equivalent work experience in IT governance, project management, outsourcing delivery oversight
