Job Summary

The IT General Controls Analyst is responsible for providing oversight and continued development of the IT General Controls Framework. Responsible for the ongoing and evolving operational aspects of IT Governance, IT General Controls Compliance and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements for RadNet's Corporate ITGC Program. The IT General Controls Analyst works alongside RadNet's Internal Auditing department and the ITGC team to process Public/External Audit requests. The IT General Controls Analyst will also work closely with the Account Administration team to improve workflows and enhance compliance to required frameworks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of RadNet's IT-related technology and processes for all in-scope applications and systems.
  • Organizes and participates as a member within IT Governance Committees.
  • Reviews and develops the IT Risk Control Matrix.
  • Responsible for identifying risks and expanding the implementation of RadNet's IT controls across the enterprise.
  • Participates in the oversight of the Change Management and SDLC Processes and including Management Approvals and documentation.
  • Conducts quarterly and yearly recurring user reviews, coordinating with in-scope Application Teams.
  • Works alongside the Internal Audit Department to periodically test established IT General Controls.
  • Develops and implements recommendations for identified control deficiencies and remediation.
  • Coordinates with the National Account Admin Team to analyze and build efficiencies into the user lifecycle and review processes.
  • Evaluates new and existing technologies used by the company for inclusion within the ITGC Program. This includes the development of in-house applications.
  • Works to implement RadNet IT controls for RadNet's systems outside of the SOX program.
  • Assists with the implementation of workflows pertaining to required compliance frameworks.
  • Assists with RadNet Compliance and IT Department objectives as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • College education or work experience in a related field is required.
  • Ability to translate technical or complex concepts into user-friendly language.
  • Ability to collaborate, working closely with both functional and technical teams.
  • Ability to remain flexible as priorities change, adaptable to change, and able to accept ambiguity.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of application, operating system and database security controls.
  • Strong understanding of the ITGC Framework as it relates to complex business systems
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills including speaking in front of others.
  • Must be meticulously organized and self-motivated.
  • Writing skills, a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel user.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerShell and Active Directory.
  • Ability to bring projects to completion.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to do some travel, 10% of time.

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel to the corporate office on occasion, drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation.

Working Environment

This is primarily a work from home position.

Pay Range:

$80000 - $100000 / annual
