It Enterprise System Administrator

This position will be responsible for addressing technology related issues from our internal customers. The IT System Administrator will be focused on user administration for Windows and Linux through Local and AD account use, within the data centers and stores. In addition, this person will assist with various Infrastructure duties.
Essential Job Functions The incumbent must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation.

1. A solid understanding of Local User Administration, Active Directory accounts & AD FS.
2. Ensure a secure environment through the documentation and standards of User Administration
3. Further duties include working with Company Departments defining access levels and Automation of Access changes.
4. Lead tasks as assigned by the Information Technologies Manager and/or Senior Management.

• Associate's degree in IT/Business desired. Or equivalent education, experience and training may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• Over 2 years of increasing responsibility.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory. & AD FS.
• Ability to effectively communicate cross-organizationally and work well in a team, fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated, well-organized, self-starter desiring an opportunity to grow both technically and professionally. Must have a "can-do" attitude. Is flexible to work outside of normal business hours.
• This position requires the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Primarily works independently and leads other IT resources.
