- Provide second and third-level support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Collaborate with IT peers and support teams to resolve escalated incidents and ensure a positive user experience.
- Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices, including desktop, laptops, IGEL thin client, and mobile devices.
- Implement and enforce security policies, and software updates across end-User Computing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of Corporate IT / End User Compute experience
- Proven experience in end-User Computing support and management.
- Strong understand of Windows and macOS operation systems, as well as mobile device platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill for effective user interaction.
- Detail-oriented with commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
