Overview:
We are looking for an IT End User Comp Engineerto join our team. This position will directly report to the AVP End User Services and is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to end-users, ensuring the stability and efficiency of our organization’s end-User Computing environment. The role involves managing hardware, software, and user-related issues, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of out IT services.
- Provide second and third-level support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Collaborate with IT peers and support teams to resolve escalated incidents and ensure a positive user experience.
- Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices, including desktop, laptops, IGEL thin client, and mobile devices.
- Implement and enforce security policies, and software updates across end-User Computing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of Corporate IT / End User Compute experience
- Proven experience in end-User Computing support and management.
- Strong understand of Windows and macOS operation systems, as well as mobile device platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill for effective user interaction.
- Detail-oriented with commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
