Position Summary:
The Developer Analyst works with the Development Manager to support data needs throughout the organization. This position interfaces with business partners to gather requirements, define needs, map out business processes, and assist in system design and the ongoing support of development solutions and reporting. As part of the IT team, this position follows best practices to ensure data quality and the privacy and security of organizational data systems.

- Systems Development, Analysis & Support: Partner cross-organizationally gather requirements, define needs, map out business processes, and assist in system design of development solutions.
- IT Service Operations: Create and maintain operational alignments by proactively looking at business objectives and working within the development team to find solutions.
- Partner & Project Management: Manage projects from origin to completion in collaboration with functional area leaders and the Development Manager. Deliver on stated work objectives and meets stated project milestones throughout the process.
Job Pay & Perks:
- Typical starting pay range: $32.00 to $38.00 per hour

About You:
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven record of successfully balancing and engaging in multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of software development and user interface web applications.
- Experience writing data-driven reports and working with data to create reports.
- An ability to understand front-end user requirements and a problem-solving attitude.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to translate technical requirements and concepts to non-technical partners effectively.
- Must be able to grow and develop in the role, staying abreast of new technology and processes.
- Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter.
Prior Experience & Education:
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or a related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SQL required.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Hands-on experience with the software development lifecycle.
- Experience in building applications with programming languages like Java, python or .net preferred.
- Experience working with database technologies such as MSSQL performance and server management and Azure SQL required.
- Retail data support experience preferred.
- Experience in BI reporting tools such as PowerBI is preferred.
