SUMMARY:
This staff position within the IT Department is responsible for ensuring continuity of computer system services for IT customers by providing the technical expertise, assistance, and project coordination necessary to install and support IT systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Assure continuity of computer systems for all customers.
Install selected desktop software and hardware products.
Coordinate with customers for upgrading refresh selected devices.
Restore customer desktop and applications on refresh or recovery situations
Have familiarity with both physical and virtual server environments.
Provide helpdesk support and team within IT as necessary.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Be "on-call" for all periods as assigned by manager.
Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
Meet expectations for attendance and punctuality.
Work overtime and/or non-standard shifts.
Provide technical assistance and advice to customers as needed.
Basic understanding of networking, cabling infrastructure and standards.
Assist with the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet customer requirements.
Provide telephone, face-to-face and online support to customers
Willingness and ability to receive training for additional IT job requirements
Ability to work under stressful situations
Attention to detail
Evaluate situational tasks, prioritize, and execute in priority of critical need

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of computer, network, IT Support and/or an accredited college degree with computer experience.
- Gaming and hospitality experience preferred.

- Microsoft Windows installation/configuration experience
- Microsoft Office installation
- Domain account management
- Desktop computer setup experience
- Must be able to provide authorization to work in the United States.
- Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act (Anti-Money Laundering)
- Must complete a gaming application and fingerprinting process.
- Must pass a background check.
- Required to obtain and maintain an unrestricted gaming license from the CS&KT Gaming Commission and NIGC.
- Must possess a valid State of Montana Drivers License and be insurable under the companys insurance.
- Required to watch Customer Service video annually.
- Required to watch Sexual Harassment video every 2 years.
- Will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and as a condition of employment will be subject to random drug testing.
- It is the responsibility of the employee to always have all documents current and valid.
