This will be a first shift opportunity on a Contract to
Hire basis. Pay will be negotiable based on experience.
Description:
Skiltrek is looking to bring in an IT Team Lead for an IT Deployment Project to help with an Asset Deployment project. They have 500+ devices to migrate off of Citrix. This would require imaging, prepping, and deploying 120-180 new devices, and also re-imaging late model devices to the remainder of the users. Once the deployment is finished, the team will be focused on a Lifecycle project. One of the technicians on the team will be responsible for asset management as well.
Job Duties:
The Lead Technician will be responsible for assessing current state and driving the project along for the team as well as being hands on.
Any Lead capacity roles within someone's experience can be considered for this role. Lead Experience can come from an IT role or non-IT role.
a. Build/Deploy laptops using current build/deploy process.
b. Hands-on deployments
c. Tracking all work in assigned tickets
d. Internal personnel - recover old asset
e. External personnel - create ticket task for remote asset recovery
Asset Coordination:
a. Track assets from beginning to end
b. Update Tickets, and Ivanti CI for asset changes
c. Coordinate outbound shipping of new asset
d. Coordinate return of old asset
e. Create/modify/provide documentation to end users

CompTIA A+, Imaging, PC, desktop, configuration, install, hardware, drivers
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
This role will require someone coming in to be able to learn quickly within the Break/Fix team. Communication ability with this role is important. Team focused individual is a must.
