The IT Technician’s role is to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes installing configuring, diagnosing, testing, repairing, maintain, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. The technician will also monitor and troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required within the main clinic environment and other locations.
The Technician maintains system availability in a fast-paced clinic environment and utilizes technical programs and tools as needed to provide The Bone & Joint Center team with advanced assistance and solutions for technical issues related to hardware, software, clinical informatics, phone system and networking.
You will establish working relationships with the team and contribute to the overall efficiency of the clinic.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
