NAM IT Demand Manager is the main point of contact to the NAM business functions with the key responsibility to intake, assess and help prioritize the Demand of the business in alignment with the Global IT Strategy. This role is crucial in helping the Portfolio and IT Platforms to address and prioritize the investments required for the North America Area.

Main responsibilities are:
-    Facilitate the dialogue between IT and business stakeholders, scoping initiatives and improve planning.
-    Engage with IT project stakeholders during the demand-gathering phase to ensure meaningful and efficient debate on objectives, priorities and expectations.
-    Identify and summarize business requirements in collaboration with main business stakeholders
-    Build business cases with clear benefits
-    Lead the development of functional design in collaboration with Group Application Management for application design
-    Identify and analyze the impact of services implementation on business processes
-    Analyze and make recommendations to improve business processes
-    Assess demand priority level and feasibility (with high level business case when required)
-    Manages demand lifecycle by partnering with the business to identify strategic initiatives, aligned with the business objectives
-    Follow and contribute to the demand implementation
-    Understand and are aware of the impact of new technologies on the business (e.g. big data, analytics) in terms of business values and benefits to promotes relevant innovation with appropriate demands agreed with the business

•    You have a deep knowledge of the business processes 
•    You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    You have strong negotiation and communication capabilities
•    Proactive, collaborative and team player
•    You have 5+ years of experience overall in a structured IT or commercial contest in FMCG industry
•    You have SAP System knowledge (e.g. consulting or user experiences).
•    You have project management skills 
•    You have customer focus and ability to manage multitasks with minimum supervision
•    A graduate in IT or Business Management
