It Data Analyst

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Data Analyst to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various types of analytics, including exploratory, descriptive, explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analyses.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for multiple advanced analytic projects, including the development of segmentation models and the re-hosting of a large, complex inferential model.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct data analysis, and deliver actionable insights.
• Assist in the upskilling of associates in modeling techniques and tools to enhance overall team proficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as R, Python, or SAS.
• Strong understanding of segmentation techniques and inferential modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytics solutions that drive business impact.
• Experience mentoring or training junior analysts is a plus.
