Job Description
We're looking for a technical support individual that has a desire to learn, work hard and provide superior customer service to our employees.
Job Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge and understanding of IT systems, processes and terminology.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Technical certification a plus
- Experience working in a Help Desk environment.
- Experience with managing and supporting mobile devices; iPhones and iPads.
- Experience with supporting peripheral devices.
- Experience with Active Directory a plus.
- Experience with building and imaging desktops.
- Is relentless in the pursuit of TLC’s values.
- Consistently contributes to the success of the IT department, as well as other teams within TLC and its other entities.
- Produces results that exceed expectations and turns plans into actions.
- Strives to develop technical aptitude through training and willingness help wherever needed.
- Provide exemplary customer service by creating a comfortable environment that allows employees to easily approach with questions or concerns.
- Clearly share information and makes sure people have what they need to succeed.
- Must be able to quickly analyze and diagnose issues.
