Job Description
We are looking for an IT Business Systems ApplicationsIntern to join our 2024 internship program in St. Charles, MO! Our 12-week internship program is designed to provide real-world and hands-on experience in areas that interest you! As an intern, you will collaborate with industry experts to solve real-world challenges and change the way we do business.
Responsibilities:

• Support IT Business Systems Analysts on two primary business improvement projects:
  
  • New user creation process improvement
  • Reporting security improvements
• Engage with local Business Unit Human Resources to fact find and report out on findings.
• Collaborate with IT service management to triage and support issues regarding the execution of intern projects.

Requirements:

• Must be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Qualified candidates will be enrolled in a Bachelors' degree program, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Networking and Telecommunications, Information Science, or Management Information Systems, or other related fields.
• Experience with Windows 10
• Excellent organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support and documentation.
• Collaborations Tools (Online Meetings, SharePoint, Instant Messaging, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• SQL (preferred but not required).
• Crystal Reports (preferred but not required).
