It Business Analyst

Description

As an RFP/Proposal Writer you'll be responsible for working with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and document requirements to be contained in the RFP. You will utilize research, diagrams and state provided RFP templates to author the RFP.

This position requires a proven proposal writing background in a technical field preferably within public health, healthcare IT or data storage systems. The successful candidate will have impeccable writing, editing skills and experience utilizing editing tools along with an aptitude for understanding and communicating application and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and disseminate information received from SMEs, solution architects and designers to create a RFP for distribution.
• Write technical direction on SOW's and technical assessments.
• Gain a thorough understanding of our diverse audience sectors

Requirements

• Bachelors in information technology, business, English or other related fields.
• Minimum three years' experience with RFP writing preferably within a technical field.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and LucidCharts.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Must be able to understand and explain highly technical information.
