Job Position:
The IT Associate will report to the Director of Technology and will assist in the management of our IT infrastructure, providing support and maintenance of our network and wireless infrastructure; POS systems; security systems, including cameras and alarm systems. Because it is a small team, flexibility, multi-tasking skills, and strong teamwork ethic is expected. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to troubleshoot and diagnose issues. The IT Associate will also be required to drive to our various locations to troubleshoot and repair all hardware.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide support during upgrades, including but not limited to documentation, implementation, testing, administration, and ensuring components meet business needs and work together seamlessly.
· Resolving errors on various systems in a timely fashion.
· Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
· Upgrading hardware and systems.
· Responsible for ensuring system security.
· Support with maintenance of automated equipment
· Evaluates products for compatibility, expandability, and ease of use and support.
REQUIREMENTS
● Must be 21+ years old.
● Minimum of 1 year of IT experience.
● Must be fully vaccinated & received a booster if eligible.
● Pass a comprehensive background check which is required.
● Maintain equipment in an orderly manner.
● Must possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Professional and amicable demeanor.
● Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
● Punctual and reliable with attendance.
● Professional and able to take direction.
● Dependable and hardworking attitude.
● Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
● Ability to work well collaboratively as well as individually.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
