Pay: $22.95 - $29.26 / Hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm)

General Position Summary
The Personal Agent provides trauma-informed case management services to persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, using person-centered practices to assist individuals in identifying support needs and life goals then providing guidance and support with accessing services to achieve those goals and meet those needs.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field OR an associate degree in behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field and two years of human services related experience OR high school diploma/GED and four years of human services related experience.
Knowledge of the public service systems in Oregon.
Experience working in a team setting.
