About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Island.io Administrator with specialized knowledge in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) for a consulting role.This individual will play a crucial role in implementing, managing, and optimizing Island.io environments for our clients, ensuring robust data protection and compliance with industry standards. This position is project-based and requires a flexible, innovative approach to problem-solving and project management.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Island.io platform administration, configuration, and optimization.
- Implement and manage DLP strategies within Island.io environments to protect sensitive information and prevent unauthorized data transmission.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current Island.io configurations and DLP implementations to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute plans to enhance data security and compliance across various Island.io platforms and integrations.
- Provide strategic recommendations for Island.io best practices, DLP policies, and compliance measures.
- Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless integration of Island.io and DLP solutions into existing systems.
- Deliver training and support to client teams on Island.io administration and DLP best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on Island.io configurations, DLP implementations, and project progress for stakeholders.
- Proven Island.io administration experience with deep platform knowledge and a strong DLP background.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, data protection regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects in a consulting environment.
- Project management and consulting skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in Island.io, DLP technologies, or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
