Irrigation Service Technician

JOB SUMMARY:

The Irrigation Service Technician is a detailed industry professional who has experience in all aspects of irrigation systems from servicing existing systems to installation of new systems. The candidate needs to be familiar with installing /replacing heads, rotors, main lines, drip lines, valves, timers, etc. Also, will need the ability to be the lead foreman on new system installations. We are looking for a candidate who has pride in their work and will require minimal supervision to complete their work from start to finish including: professional customer interaction, completing paperwork, and communicating with office staff.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (NO SNOW REMOVAL)

• Demonstrates expertise in installation, maintenance and repair of irrigation systems and related components listed above.
• Perform maintenance and repairs within a route of our irrigation customers completing turn-on, turn-off, and mid-season checks.
• Optimizes the resources of the company by managing work flow, ensuring you have the tools you need to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Performs other related duties as requested or assigned by management.
• Ability to lead, organize and manage time and co-workers on irrigation projects and other work as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED preferred;
• Two (2) years irrigation installation and maintenance experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience to illustrate a proven track record in the business field.

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
