Precision Structures is actively seeking an experienced and proficient Ironworker Foreman to spearhead teams of skilled ironworkers, ensuring strict adherence to construction and safety standards in the construction of canopies and roof structures designed to support solar panels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership capabilities to effectively lead and manage small teams of ironworkers.
- Assigning job duties to the crew, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Serving as a safety role model for the team, emphasizing and upholding safety protocols.
- Oversight of work to ensure it is completed on schedule and meets the required quality standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfort working on elevated platforms and maintaining balance on narrow surfaces.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient use of hands to handle and control objects and tools.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in structural iron, tools, procedures, safe lifting practices, and industry best practices.
- Practical knowledge of structural steel assembly and installation processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience as an Ironworker Foreman.
- Proven track record of successfully leading small teams ranging from 5 to 12 individuals.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
- Willingness and capacity to relocate to Arizona if not currently residing in the area.
Salary is $100,000 a year plus bonus
