The IRF-PAI Coordinator coordiantes the IRF staffs UDS Credentialing process. The IRF-PAI Coordinator produces and distributes/posts outcome and educational material that supports an ongoing Quality Outcomes Culture within the IRF. The IRF-PAI Coordiantor works with IRF leadsership and staff to create an effective interdisciplinary team approach to patient care.The IRF-PAI Coordinator will have access to confidential patient information and maintains confidentiality of all information. Reports to: Rehab Program Director- Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
Preferred 1-2 year of experience in acute Inpatient Rehabilitation setting. Experience with RPPS and the IRF- PAI processes. Strong knowledge of inpatient rehab. Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, detailed oriented, able to meet strict deadlines and timeframes. Must have proficient computer skills, ability to work in a team and ability to work independently. Must have critical thinking abilities, have organization and time management skills, and the ability to communicate/ provide clear and accurate information in an appropriate manner
1. Clinical licensed professional: RN, MSW, PT, OT, ST, or other allied health provider.

3. CARE Tool Credentialing- when available in UDS 4. Require Uniform Data Systems (UDS) PPS Coordinator Certification within 1 year of hire or argeed upon time frame by management .
