Cardinal Intellectual Property is seeking an IP Docketing Specialistwho will be responsible for the daily administration of intellectual property client dockets. This position involves performing primary docketing functions and managing client communications and electronic records.

Position Responsibilities/Duties:
- Administer patent application information, activity, and deadlines in the CPI docketing software platform while following standard Client docket procedures
- Review correspondence to determine deadlines using applicable rules and calendaring software in the docketing software platform
- Communicate and collaborate with Team members and clients
- Respond to inquiries from attorneys and legal assistants
- Generate docket reports
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Fluency with standard business software systems, such as Microsoft Office
- MUST HAVE Experience with at least one Intellectual Property docketing software, such as CPI, CPA, Anaqua, Foundation IP, AppColl, and/or Patricia
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a corporate or law firm docket department-MUST
- Minimum 1 year of experience with a docketing software platform-MUST
- Ability to research rules and correctly calculate deadlines, preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
