iOS Technical Lead
What does a successful iOS Technical Lead do at Fiserv?

• In this position, you will lead the 10+ developers located in different time zones to design and develop a world class digital platform in the financial domain.
• You will also be part of a research team to evaluate new frameworks introduced by Apple every year to see how it can be leveraged in the product.
• We support a hybrid work environment of 4 days working in office (M-Th) and Flexible Fridays. (Subject to Change)".

What you will do:

• Lead Mobile App Team in developing the best-in-class, sleek and highly responsive mobile applications for our Mobile and App Clips.
• Lead development of scalable and elegant mobile applications with state-of-the-art UI and animations.
• Define and develop latest iOS architecture components and use the best in class design patterns and architectures.
• Implement clean and manageable code incorporating best practices on security, memory management, and performance.
• Be up to date on the latest industry trends in mobile technologies.
• Understand and clarify requirements, estimations and define execution plan for releases.
• Conduct and contribute to design and code reviews ensuring industry and security compliance standards are met.
• Develop prototype to demonstrate the new ideas to key stakeholders.
• Level-1 support for critical production issues.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree with an Information Systems or Computer Science emphasis preferred; relevant, or 8-10 years of equivalent combination of educational background and experience.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in developing mobile application using Objective-C, swift.
• Experience in developing SDK.
• Experience working with Location and Security frameworks.
• Experience in developing custom UIViews.
• Must have strong UI/UX skills.
• Understand and have demonstrated best practices in front-end UI and UX implementation with UIKit, Core Animations, and Auto Layouts, Memory Management and performance analysis.
• Experience in various design patterns and mobile architecture.
• Developed a personal iOS mobile application and submitted to the App store.

What would be great to have:

• Experience in developing iOS applications for financial domain.
• Experience in developing hybrid mobile application using web technologies.
• Experience in developing mobile applications for other than iOS platform (Android, React Web).

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
