Job Description:
Invoice Coordinator:
- Review /Process EDI rail rejection reports from CDS to include the following issues but not limited to:
- IJOS amounts not matched to invoice amount.
- Job order number does not reference container number
- Previously cancelled IJOS
- Container is rail billed but IJOS is missing.
- Container is listed on IJOS and matched but no voucher number has been assigned.
- Container is listed on IJOS with voucher number but no check has been issued.
- Monitor all vendor statements and research overdue invoices. Work with Vendor/GSC/FAD to resolve
- Serve as backup to mail and invoice processing coordinator
- Other tasks assigned by team leader.
