Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain customer accounts by updating information, processing payments, and managing billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Customer Service policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
- Knowledge of CRM & Inventory systems.
- Proficiency in data entry and 10-key typing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer information.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide solutions.
- Ability to have direct conversations; giving and taking feedback.
Physical Demands:
This job may require sitting or standing for extended periods of time, as well as some light lifting.
Work Environment:
This job is typically performed in an office setting, with standard office equipment and noise levels. After training (no longer than 30 days) this position can be hybrid with in office and remote work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
