Salary: $21 - $23/hr DOE
What you'll do:
The Invoice Analyst will protect the company's revenue and cost by appropriately analyzing vendor invoices, service reports, and customer billing for all preventative maintenance, reactive repair, installation, and set/up/calibration. In addition, the Invoice Analyst will act as the gatekeeper to ensure process consistency and business rules adhere to the operational service.

What you'll do:

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow company guidelines and billing procedures.
- Manage billing for various vendor & client accounts.
- Issue accurate invoices to customers which will guarantee a return on company revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments, ensuring billing accuracy.
- Address & Resolve customer concerns and discrepancies.
- Provide support in account reconciliations.
- Process analyzed invoices and provide analysis for other projects as needed.
What you need to be successful in the role:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service/ data entry experience required.
- Experience with accounting and/or ERP software.
- Preferred experience with SAP
- Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills needed to request information and communicate invoice adjustments to vendors.
- Ability to work with internal and external partners.
- Must be detailed oriented with a high level of following up.
- Strong MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to quickly learn new software.
Physical Requirements:
- Heavy computer and phone use.
- Sitting or standing at desk for prolonged periods.
