The Investor Reporting Analyst is responsible for performing Investor Reporting with the understanding of the requirements of the three major investors, Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae and Freddie Mac and other miscellaneous and private investors, as applicable. Prepare and present management reports on loans securitized with GNMA, which includes holding a monthly meeting with members of the executive team on loans needing to be bought out; monitor the GNMA delinquency threshold; monitor the advance and repayment of funds advanced to sub-servicer for loans in loss mitigation, which includes partial claims and foreclosure claims. Monitoring of the Insurance Matching Suspense Report to ensure accurate loan information with the investor and Complete Assignments of Deeds of Trusts appropriately for county recording and performs assignments out of Mortgage Electronic Registration System (MERS) on all loans in a delinquency and bankruptcy status and provides backup to MERS system. Monitor receipt of all loan modification documents to ensure correctness so the loans can be securitized into a new pool. Process payments received for single family loans daily along with monitoring funds in suspense accounts. This individual reports to the Manager of Servicing and Post Closing.

• Monitor the processing of funds, such as claim money, sales proceeds processed by our sub-servicer.
• Respond to internal and external customer service calls and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in the oversight of the sub servicer in the accurate and timely reporting and remitting to investors.
• Duties will include assisting the sub-servicer with setting up new investor numbers, creating reports to
monitor delinquency thresholds established by the investor and CHFA. Arrange for appropriate investor accounting reports, reconciling, wiring, mailing or otherwise providing funds to investors according to their requirements.
• Reconcile exceptions and over/short conditions on a monthly or otherwise established schedule.
• Perform periodic audits with investors or agents as required.

• Know and be able to perform functions relating to repurchases, buy outs, interest credits, investor changes, as well as general day-to-day interaction with the sub-servicer, their agents, or contractors for the investors.
• Provide a high level of service to investors/sub-servicer through correspondence and communications.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves residential loan-level issues (exceptions) in securities back by first
mortgages
• Analyzing data to prioritize risk associated with a pool of mortgages within a security.
• Monitor the repayment of funds advanced to subservicer as it relates to partial claims and loan modifications
• Monitors the portfolio of the section 8 loans, including funds received from individual Public Housing
Authority (PHA’s)
• Monitor the subservicer for the receipt of loan modification documents so the loan can be securitized into
a new pool
• Complete and record Assignments of Deeds of Trusts on loan repurchased from GNMA Pools
• Back up to MERS system
• Assume other duties/projects as they arise and be responsive to the department

experience/education
High school diploma required. Minimum 2 years Investor Reporting, cashiering experience, preferably in a loan servicing environment with knowledge of collection, foreclosure, and bankruptcy experience.

The incumbent in this position will perform the essential functions of the position primarily in a hybrid office environment, which requires sitting at a desk for most of the day with or without accommodations. The first 3- 6 months will primarily be in the office for on-the-job training.
