Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Quarterly earnings preparation (preparation of presentations, Q&A, logistics for earnings call, scheduling of follow-up calls with investors and analysts)
- Assisting with investor and financial analyst due diligence (ability to help answer questions and manage logistics of calls/meetings with head of IR and/or other senior management)
- Assisting in the preparation of company presentations (presentations for non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, investor days, etc.)
- Monitoring analyst financial models for consistency with publicly disclosed information; assisting in dialogue with analysts to rectify any mis-aligned models.
- Managing logistics for investor conferences, webinars, non-deal roadshows, internal and external meetings
- You will have the opportunity to lead financial Modeling and/or Financial Model review.
- Helping with various other internal and external communications needs related to the IR function or the broader Finance group.
- Exposure and interaction with CEO, CFO and Finance Leadership
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and think creatively about analysis and presentation development.
- Ability to take ownership of analysis and presentation creation with limited oversight.
- Familiarity and facility with financial models and financial reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and detail oriented.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- 1-3 years of Investor Relations, investment banking, equity research, FP&A or consulting experience preferred
