Interest rates are higher than they've been in a generation, but housing supply is still low, causing a mismatch between buyer and seller expectations.

• Our Acquisition Agents have an active Real Estate license based on their work location.
• Just like traditional Real Estate agents, our Acquisition Agents are independent contractors working on 100% commission.
• Average first year compensation across all agents is $66,678. The top 20% of new hires averaged $150,897 in first-year compensation.
