How much does it pay? Based on our observations of present and past team members:

Beginners: 60k

Intermediates: 100k

Rockstars: 180k+

One of our new guys made over 100k his first year. He went from beginner to intermediate very quickly and will likely make over 150k this year. How did he do it? He was driven and coachable.

Why are we hiring? We are being proactive & planning for the future of having too many opportunities coming in to meet the bandwidth of our current team.
