The Analyst role is an entry-level position for the brightest and most capable university graduates. PegasusICS provides its Analysts with the specialist training that gives them a strong foundation in the skills they need to begin a successful career in Investment Banking. PegasusICS also offers summer Analyst opportunities for undergraduates in the summer before their senior year.

The focus of Analysts’ time is spent working within small, focused teams on mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments, capital raising opportunities or restructuring assignments. Analysts are often able to work across more than one of the PegasusICS’s business practices over the course of the Analyst program.

Due to the nature of our firm, an Analyst position at PegasusICS provides unparalleled exposure to senior professionals. The basic skills that our training program provides are continually developed by the experience of working with senior advisory professionals across a wide range of assignments.

  • Analytical work commonly requires Excel but could also include research. Examples include entering historic company data from public documents, analyzing such data for valuation purposes and projecting a company’s financial statements (“modeling”).
  • Administrative work includes scheduling and setting up conference calls and meetings, making travel arrangements and keeping a list of deal team members up to date

Given the challenging nature of the Firm’s work and the high standards our clients and colleagues expect, PegasusICS looks to recruit only the brightest and most capable individuals. We seek candidates with an outstanding analytical mind, excellent commercial understanding, strong interpersonal and communication skills, integrity, initiative, motivation, commitment and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced intellectual environment.
