Inventory Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

Participate in company-wide team project initiatives with Enlighten Management team, up to and including tasks such as:

o Maintain daily email communication with updates regarding the:

• Department Workflow
• Department Needs
• Department Questions
• Department Obstacles

o Attend weekly meetings with Enlighten Management team to collectively strategize action plans that increase sales, product rotation, and overall team workflow

Intake/Receive all incoming product and goods

• Maintain and File Transport Manifest paperwork records
• Maintain digital Transport Manifest acceptance/rejection process
• Maintain the correct product data input in the Dutchie POS system

Maintain physical inventory located in the store (back-stock and front-of-house)

• Organize the back-stock product inventory room with proper labelling for efficient and clear workflow for the whole team, including all of the following goods:

o Flower

o Concentrate

o Edibles

o Paraphernalia

o Merchandise

o Cleaning Supplies

Execute the traceable rotation of goods between the front-of-house and back-of-house

• New goods going to the sales floor
• Back-stock going to the sales floor
• Old goods being repackaged in back-of-house for liquidation
• Waste batch procedures and processing

Perform Dutchie inventory audits to ensure that proper rotation of goods and menu presence for all items are being met for the store selection

Assign Production tasks and create/finalize the work orders for Back-Of-House Technician/s, up to and including:

• Pre-roll production
• Pre-packed flower production
• Labelling products for sale and for organizational efforts
• Deep Cleaning procedures in back-of-house and front-of-house
• Reorganizing the sales floor and case displays

Assist in the same production tasks whenever possible as the Back-of-House technician/s as described directly above.

Pay Scale: $20- $26 per/hour

Days Required: Monday – Friday

Shift Required: 9:00am – 5:00pm

*NOTE: Occasional weekends, evenings, and non-standard work days will be required for large sales/promotions, inventory audits, or other merchandising projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
