Inventory / Returns Processing / Customer Service
Customer Returns Processing Coordinator
Up to $62,000 to start plus full benefits
As Customer Returns Coordinator, you will:
- Administer processes for returned merchandise
- Receive complete training
- Receive returned merchandise requests from customers
- Inspect returned merchandise
- Administer returns documentation
- Communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email
- Track the status of RMA requests
- Provide status updates on pending requests to customers and vendors as appropriate
- Escalate complex issues and decisions as necessary
- Issue customer credits as appropriate
- Make updates to lists, spreadsheets and customer account information
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 3 years of Customer Service and/or Product Returns experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word. Excel and Outlook
- Accurate Data Entry skills
Pluses:
- +++ Experience with ANY TYPE of ERP system
- +++ Experience with SysPro ERP
- +++ Product Returns / RMA experience
- +++ Inventory Control, Inventory Planning and/or Inventory Management experience
