Inventory Receiving Specialist

We have an immediate need for a 1st shift Receiving Specialist. On a 40 hour week normal shift hours are 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday with overtime available as needed. Currently shift is 5:00am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-2:30pm on Friday and 6:00am-noon on Saturday. Company policy requires all candidates have a valid driver's license, clean criminal history, high school diploma/GED and pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical. Additional information below:

We are looking for a knowledgeable candidate would be responsible stage processing as well as supporting the management of parts inventory. Computer knowledge is required to track inventory too.

Responsibilities:

• Segregate materials by SO#, JO# to create job piles.
• Pull the proper materials per drawing.
• Issues tools, equipment or materials and maintains records for issued and returned items.
• Receives, unpacks, and stores incoming tools, equipment or parts, and requisitions stock to replenish inventory.
• Inputs all required data into business operations software.
• Inspects tools, equipment or parts for defects and wear and reports damage or wear to supervisors.
• Keeps all parts clean and orderly in the proper locations.
• Load and unload trucks and containers per packing list
• Keep an accurate live inventory of surplus materials.
• Assist Material Controls, Shipping and Receiving as needed.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training
