SalaryMission:
The purpose of this job is to hire someone to cross-train and assist our Inventory Manager while learning critical functions and key duties as it relates to ACC’s Inventory movement.
This person should be reliable, trustworthy, professional and have a strong work ethic.
Qualifications Must Haves:
- Associates degree preferred
- 4 or more years experience in administrative data entry
- Basic mathematical skills
- Excellent computer skills using Word, Excel, Google software programs.
- Be an effective communicator
- Ability to maneuver 55 gallon drums with assisted hand truck
- Ability to work and learn independently as well as on a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy of data entries
- Excellent Attendance
- Have reliable transportation and be available during Inclement weather
- Able to lift 35+ lbs.
Outcomes & Responsibilities:
- Creating inventory batches.
- Managing customer samples.
- Purging inventory/samples quarterly.
- Physical inventory counts monthly.
- Assisting with lotting and managing incoming inventory.
- Weighing and disposition of inventory.
- Preparing shipping documents for outside inventory shipments.
- Corresponding with external smelters on outside inventory batches.
- Exchanging assay results and managing data in our software systems
- Maintaining spreadsheets of data analysis for Management review.
- Operating forklift.
