Position Summary:
The Warehouse Inventory Control Assistant performs clerical work in the warehouse as well as warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation on a daily basis.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis, manually or using a handheld scanner
  • Research and reconcile daily inventory variances
  • Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system
  • Identify and report close dated product
  • General clerical duties as needed
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:

  • HS Diploma/GED and 0 to 1 plus years of clerical, inventory or related experience
  • Strong Microsoft office skills i.e., Word, Excel, etc.
  • Database experience
  • Strong math skills
  • Ability to read and follow directions
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Auditing experience
