As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will help us live out our Vision & Mission and meet our growth-oriented goals as the premier heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing service provider in Northwest Washington.

At Barron, our Inventory Control Coordinator will:

- Process incoming shipments, assist with loading and unloading trucks, and ensure each shipment reaches its proper destination;
- Perform inventory transaction and inventory overhauls in support of all business units;
- Collaborate with Inventory & Supply team in establishing effective inventory procedures;
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse departments daily;
- Ensure Barron assets are secured, checked out/checked in, and maintained;
- Participate in cross-training to maintain consistent workflow during PTO or absences;
- Assist and participate in the execution of new Barron Inventory & Supply processes;
- Exhibit a “Team Barron” attitude;

Compensation:
- Full-Time
- Hourly; $20.00-$24.00 per hour; DOE
- Annual cost-of-living adjustments

Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year Inventory, or similar/transferrable experience*
- Forklift License preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
