*Perform data entry and clerical duties. Performs duties related to the ordering, receiving, storing and issuing of inventory materials (parts and supplies).
Essential Duties:
*Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases.
*Coordination of the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
*Input and access inventor data through a computerized maintenance management information system utilize computer to troubleshoot records for Inventory Control.
*Perform administrative functions such as typing, filing, and maintaining detailed records.
*Compile, classify, collate, and organize information. Maintains electronic, paper records and reports. Maintains Inventory Control.
*Ensure coordination of activities to meet department objectives.
*Provide clear spoken and written information to supervisors and managers regarding the status of situation or orders. Answer inquiries about the maintenance/inventory management system or procedures.
*Cooperate with peers, managers and operations personnel and act as a liaison between other employees and departments when it comes t physical inventory or parts and supplies.
*Track and issue safety PPE supplies to department leads via assigned department storage spaces.
*Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
*Maintaining and updating records of purchase order, pricing reports, and inventory records.

Pay Range $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, Full Benefit Package

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Specific Skills:
Two (2) years generical and inventory record keeping experience
Comuter data entry experience and proficient in MS Offide Suite; Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Working Conditions: General office and warehouse environment
Physical Demands:
A majority of the time spent sitting with occasional walking or standing, stooping or climbing.
Occasionally lifting up to 50-75 lbs.
