Inventory Control Associate & Assembly

Responsibilities:
- Manage the shipping and receiving of materials and products.
- Receive products from suppliers and confirm accuracy of quantity and documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse team members to ensure efficient material flow.
- Count parts (with and without scales) for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Confirm accuracy of shipping documents.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Assist with production planning by providing accurate inventory information.
- Maintain lot control and traceability throughout all processes.
- Utilize forklift to unload pallets from delivery trucks.
- Assemble small tools, kits and components as required.
- Print and label tools and components accurately.
- Help other departments with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse facility.

Skills:
- Candidates must complete skills test for consideration!
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records!
- Must be able to multi-task effectively, remaining focused and accurate!
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and warehouse distribution processes helpful but not required, we will train you!
-Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
