Maintain the organization's inventory, ordering and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements. Verify and post transactions of inventory products. Receive in, confirm out all inventory through reviewing of sales orders, purchase orders, and logistics documentation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Confirm internal sales orders are linked to appropriate inventory
- Submit purchase orders for specified house products
- Verify inbounds on internal purchase orders going into inventory
- Manage accurate inventory levels at third-party distribution centers
- Responsible for cycle count activities and reconciliation with accounting groups; support physical inventory counts as required
- Monitor and adjust inventory discrepancies across network, drive for root cause, corrective actions
- Ensure inventory transfers and support customer service so that orders are executed on as required to meet requirements through communications with warehouses
- Ensure all systems are up to date with inventory levels
- Manage EDI/SAP workflow errors
- Provide back-up support to inventory planner including finite scheduling, determining required inventory movements and root cause/corrective action planning
- Participate in the review of inventory levels and warehouse capacity; initiate and coordinate necessary product movements to prevent out of stocks and out of date issues as well as overstock/warehouse capacity issues

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
. High school diploma or equivalent
. 1 to 2 years warehouse or related experience
. Certification and/or License – must have or be able to obtain forklift certification
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
. Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems
. Able to respond courteously and efficiently to inquiries, complaints, and requests
. Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
. Able to work with accuracy and detail oriented
. Able to follow directions and meet deadlines
. Able to problem solve, multi-task and prioritize own work activities
. Able to perform tasks and duties without constant supervision
. Must be able to read, write and speak English
