Position Summary
The Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for the ticket Inventory process. They are responsible for the inventory of lottery scratch tickets as well as the receiving of all warehouse products and supplies and must ensure accurate inventory amounts.

Position Summary
The Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for the ticket Inventory process. They are responsible for the inventory of lottery scratch tickets as well as the receiving of all warehouse products and supplies and must ensure accurate inventory amounts.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- All duties of the Package Assembly.
- Store and maintain correct reports on inventory received for tickets and supplies keeping the aisles clear of any safety hazards.
- Access appropriate computer screens and process orders.
- Develop positive working relationships, resulting in a motivated, pro-lottery attitude whenever possible.
- Maintain an average of 39 packed orders per hour with a book average of 15 books per hour.
- Provide supplies to warehouse clerks.
- Keep games needed on the floor without a break in production.
- Receive all products in the warehouse.
- Keep UPS Returns in an organized fashion.
- Maintain an error ratio of less than 3 per month.
- Assist manager with daily workload.
- Responsible for nightly inventory count and reports.
- Train employees on the forklift procedures and safety assuring all licenses are current.
- Maintain and service forklifts on a regular basis as scheduled.
- Transport finished packages to a UPS sorting trailer.
- Be prepared for a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
- Must set an example of attendance, accuracy, and speed on the production line.
- Must possess knowledge of ISO and company policies and procedures of the Warehouse operation in Receiving/Shipping and Inventory Control.
- Be knowledgeable with Excel spreadsheets.
- Other duties assigned by the Logistics Manager.
