Pay Rate: $19-20/hr
Summary:
Responsible for auditing, consolidating, and maintaining inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties as assigned.
General
  1. Completes responsibilities promptly, completely and accurately*.
  2. Works effectively and harmoniously with co-workers*.
  3. Punctual and consistent attendance*.
  4. Maintains a neat and orderly work area, while working at a high pace*.
  5. All work duties must be performed at company facilities*.

Specific
  1. Performs physical counts of customer and depository holdings as assigned by management, in accordance with the perpetual audit policy*.
  2. Completes physical audit research as assigned by management*.
  3. Communicates suspected or actual errors, inaccuracies, and problems to management promptly*.
  4. Troubleshoots the physical location of inventory for a pull or transfer when discrepancies have occurred through prior shelving, pull or transfer activity to an inaccurate or mistaken vault location *.
  5. Demonstrates knowledge of inventory and customer holdings criteria by pulling the appropriate precious metals for subsequent packaging by vault attendants*.
  6. Organizes and consolidates inventory within vaults and warehouses*.
  7. Must have strong attention to detail while performing duties*.
  8. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time*.
  9. Required to travel between company facilities to perform inventory counts and tasks as needed*.
  10. Operates fork truck and pallet jack to handle heavier materials.
  11. Assists with onsite customer audits as needed.
  12. Assists with vault operational duties when needed and assigned by management.
  13. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of training and work experience. Knowledge of precious metals bullion products preferred. Prior inventory experience helpful.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret company policies and procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, coworkers, vendors, and mail/freight carriers.
Math Ability:
The ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem. The ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. Time management and multi-tasking skills needed to complete work efficiently.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual will be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; the company proprietary inventory software Metal Apps; and the Cview report tool used with Metal Apps.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; talk and hear, use both hands simultaneously, reach with hands and arms; stand and walk for extended periods of time, bend, squat, climb ladders, operate a forklift, scissor lift and lift and/or move up to 70 lbs., operate a pc keyboard and mouse; and use office equipment such as copiers and facsimile machines.
