Inventory And Mail Clerk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a versitile, dependable individual to be responsible for using a company vehicle to make trips to the post office, delivering mail and packages throughout internal departments, packing samples to ship to salespeople, and assisting in fulfilling e-commerce retail orders.

This position will also act as an inventory clerk, which includes creating and maintaining spreadsheets, calculating and tracking costing details, researching and resolving inventory issues, posting inventory adjustments, and creating new item numbers and bill of material item details.

You must have a valid driver's license with good driving record, and be willing to pass a drug and background check.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00PM

Squire Boone Village is a renowned manufacturer of crystal rock candy. We also supply other candies, toys, jewelry, earth science items, minerals, rocks, and other items for well-known accounts including Disney and Six Flags.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Acceptable driving record and ability to safely operate company vehicles.
• Excellent dependability and attendance.
• Ability to work effectively on Excel spreadsheets and with Word documents with strong keyboard skills.
• Detail-oriented with good reading, writing, math, and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• The ability to quickly and safely learn production operations and machinery.
• Physical ability to occasionally lift 40 lb boxes.
• Physical ability to work standing for significant periods of time.
• Must be able to traverse the production facility.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
