Job Summary:
Performs sterile diagnostic, radiographic (IR), embolic, therapeutic procedures, and non-vascular interventional radiographic procedures and administers contrast agents at a technical level. Recognizes and responds to changes in patient condition that could lead to serious complications and provides immediate interventions, as required. Operates and manages complex medical equipment and assists physicians in the management of the patient. Takes call as rotated/assigned and responds (in hospital) within 30 minutes. Provides safe care and processing of patients ranging in age from newborn to geriatric.

- Technical School Diploma Radiology
Education - Preferred:
- Associate's Degree
Experience - Required:
- 2 years General diagnostic radiology experience
- 1 year Interventional radiology experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required:
- Ability to possess a high degree of maturity and exercise individual judgment in working with patients, equipment, and personnel that are involved in vascular interventional exams.
- Ability to deal effectively and ethically with medical and confidential information relating to patients, families, physicians, and nursing personnel.
- Must maintain a professional relationship with co-workers and medical staff.
- Must be able to work in stressful situations.

- Health Services\BCLS - Basic Life Support within 90 Days
