Universal Language Service is seeking a full-time Interpreter/Recruiting Accounts Manager to manage the day to day interpreter accounts department operations. This role is based out of our Bellevue, WA offices, reporting onsite. Ideal candidate should have previous experience in full- cycle contractor high-volume recruitment , customer relations, and contractor documentation compliance. Previous knowledge in a healthcare, social services or language services agency setting is ideal.

SUMMARY: The Interpreter/ Recruiting Accounts Manager will partner very closely with the contact center scheduling operations and customer accounts department to proactively identify current/ future in-person and remote interpreter contractor hiring needs. The manager will ensure that there is a steady flow of interpreters being onboarded on a weekly / daily basis to ensure fill rates and jobs are being filled based on targeted key performance indicators. In addition, the Interpreter/Recruiting Accounts Manager will be a representative of Universal Language at various hiring and conference events across the state of Washington, and travel as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and maintain a large volume recruitment pipeline of interpreters in our databases.
• Manage recruitment marketing campaigns and source language professionals from various state certification databases.
• Understand the licenses and certifications needed for both contractors and employees.
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing new Interpreters in the Pacific Northwest and across the U.S.
• Prepare monthly, weekly, and quarterly statistical reports of activated or newly onboarded interpreters based on languages and modalities.
• Prepare recruitment materials for community events and job fairs.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person hiring events in the state of Washington for contractors and W2 hiring needs.
• A clear understanding of HR compliance regulations and employment/contractor guidelines and restrictions.
• Responsible for delivering talent for interpreting roles in common and obscure languages.
• Experience filtering and navigating through national certification registries.
• Develop customized advertisements for niche language markets on a global level.
• Make technology or tool recommendations based on recruiting needs or trends.
• Manage the full cycle onboarding compliance process of document processing for contractors.
• Oversee the auditing process requested by various client contracts to ensure compliance guidelines are being followed per client contract requirements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer skills required: Contract Management Systems; Applicant Tracking Software, Human Resource Systems; Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge or prior use of LinkedIn Recruiter license preferred.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and social media management tools.
• At least (2) three years prior recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Prior experience in hiring both employees and independent contractors.
• Prior experience in the Language Translation Industry preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed up to 20%.

• Ability to understand client contracts with regards to hiring needs and qualifications.
• Ability to use various selection processes and platforms for hiring candidates.
• Knowledge of recruiting platforms, and able to use the latest recruiting technology.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Ability to build solid networks for recruiting pipelines.
