Internet Sales / Sales Consultant

Sales Consultant Qualifications:

• Assist customers during their purchase experience.
• Greet customers warmly and determine their needs.
• Explain features, benefits, and options of vehicles a customer is considering.
• Help customers navigate the buying experience.
• Reach out to previous and potential customers to make them aware of events/sales.
• Strive to be the best by learning your product and the process and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.

Internet Sales Consultant Qualifications:

• Minimum 1yr auto sales or similar experience required for Internet Sales.
• Prompt replies to funneled Internet Leads / Inbound Phone Leads within 3 minutes.
• Follow-up with customers during their purchasing process.
• Ability to follow lead through the typical purchase funnel out to 90 days
• Reach out to previous and potential customers to make them aware of events/sales.
• Strive to be the best by learning your product and the process and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.

Benefits and Compensation

• 5 Day Work week with generous schedule.
• $200 minimum commissions. 30% Front-End Gross.
• $500 bonuses at 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, and 30 units.
• 5% Back-End Gross at 15 units (7.5% at 20 units.)
• Year-end bonus per vehicle sold.
• Various additional bonuses throughout the year for performance etc.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
