Internet Sales Representative

We are looking for a customer-focused and driven GoNetSpeed Internet Sales Representative to join our team. As a GoNetSpeed Internet Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, promoting GoNetSpeed Internet products, and closing sales to meet individual and team goals.

Responsibilities of the GoNetSpeed Internet Sales Representative:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, using active listening skills to identify their needs and recommend GoNetSpeed products
• Demonstrate knowledge of GoNetSpeed Internet products and services to confidently answer customer questions and make product recommendations
• Execute sales and promotional initiatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Educate customers on product features, pricing, and promotions to build their understanding and increase the likelihood of a purchase
• Provide exceptional customer service, including post-sale follow-up, to build long-lasting relationships with customers
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on GoNetSpeed products and industry trends
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared sales goals and support store operations
• Able to work in a Retail/Kiosk setting

Qualifications of the GoNetSpeed Internet Sales Representative :

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or promotions preferred
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• A passion for technology and a desire to learn about new products and services
