About the position
As the Internet Sales Manager, you will ensure that customers experience The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car™ by overseeing and developing the sales staff. You'll manage the sale online or in-store, work with lenders, and drive the business forward. HoneyCar's simple process, transparent market pricing, desirable inventory, and daily onsite training will ensure a successful outcome for the Sales Manager and the customer!

Qualifications
- 2 years Automotive Sales Management or Finance Management
- Have an enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be a great communicator with customers and team members
- Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Entrepreneurial and ambitious spirit
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
Schedule
