Internet Sales Consultant

Jimmy Smith Buick GMC is growing! We are looking to add a new team member to our Internet Sales team as a KBB Buyer. We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service, great communication skills and a team player. This full time position is hourly pay, plus commissions! Requirements:

• Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by email or in person
• Communicates with used car manager regarding appointments on potential vehicles to purchase from individuals
• Satisfies the transportation needs of Internet-generated customers
• Checks email frequently and responds to inquiries immediately. Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly. Notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.
• Coordinates Internet promotions with dealership sales promotions and advertising
• Knows and understands the federal, state and local laws that govern retail automobile sales is a plus!
• Must have excellent communication and computer skills.
• Attends sales meetings
• Maintains professional appearance with Jimmy Smith Buick GMC attire.
• Other tasks assigned by management at any given time.
• Must learn and understand computer systems used daily by all dealership personnel.
• Must be able to pass pre-hire drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
